Is there an airport lounge at Pearson I can use for flight to MCO?

The lounge at MCO is in the opposite terminal from where Westjet flies out of. If you're flying AC, you can take advantage, but I'm not sure how you'd swing it with the different terminals to use the lounge.

Totally forgot about that. I usually fly Air Canada home and walk right by the lounge. Looks like the one in Toronto will work.
