We drove 20 hours to Disney a few months ago, but next time we might plan to stop overnight.

Is there ant sort of map or website to see what resorts are along your route? I'd actually prefer more of a resort than something you'd find right off the highway

Thanks! :)

Google "convention and visitors bureau [towns along your route]"

CVB's are a great way to see what's available near certain areas, and usually provide links to specific resort or attraction websites.

Oh thank you!!

What I do:

Bring up Google Maps.
Zoom in to show about 50-100 miles at a time.
Type "hotels" into search field.
Hover mouse over items that are plotted.
Pan map along and watch new results populate... re-enter search if it stops painting results.

Also -
subscribe to thenextexit.com and you can scan hotels along Interstates (and food, and more)
