I don't know if you still can but earlier this year it was possible to buy WDW tickets from Keith Prowse with Airmiles. You can convert CC rewards to Airmiles so its a matter of how much/little the conversions eat into the value of your deals.
£2.50 in rewards = 60 airmiles and for each 1000 miles you get £55 discount on package holidays. If that rate is valid for Keith Prowse tickets, then a 14 day ultimate ticket would cost £181.66 worth of CC rewards vouchers at face value or the equivalent of £726.66 if the rewards were used at the X 4 rate and converted with another rewards partner! Not a very good use of CC rewards imo but each to their own.
