Is there a way to upgrade my Disney Visa to the Premier level online?

I've looked around the Chase site and the Disney Rewards site and can't see anything but had read there was an online way at one point.

I believe if you’re doing any sort of product change with Chase, you have to call the number on the back of your card - they won’t process a change online.
