Skip? Not that I'm aware. But if you call once with a pen and paper handy and note all the required prompts ("reservation or ten-digit phone number followed by #"; "If you're calling from the Orlando area...."; "If you've visited in the last...."), then when/every time you call back, you can enter or press whatever when the system STARTS asking for it. This does cut down on the length of time you're on the phone.
