Is there a way to order IOA souvenirs from home?

My daughter had an adorable little Thing 1 romper my mom bought on our family trip to Orlando. My friend is now expecting twins and I'd like to get her the same rompers in Thing 1 and Thing 2, of course, but we're not planning to go back to US/IOA until next fall. I know Disney has a number you can call to order park merchandise from home. Does Universal have anything similar? Thanks!
