Is there a way to obtain FB in 2 parks?

I thought I read that this was possible but cannot find the ability on MDE to receive a FB in 2 different parks. Is this possible?

There isn't a way to do so in advance. To get FP+ in 2 parks you need to book your 3 FP+ in one park, use or let them expire, hop to the 2nd park and book a 4th FP+ there (after that's used you can book a 5th, and so on).
