Is there a way to link online ADRs with ones made over the phone?

Hi guys,
I have made most of my ADRs online and the concierge at The Poly have made a few, I can see all the ones I have made under my account on disneyworld.com but I cannot find the ones concierge has made for me.....when I go to look up a missing reservation it cannot find them? I would love to have all of them linked together, is this possible?

I was able to click on "Retreive Reservations" and put in my confirmation # and phone number and it found it and linked it with the rest of the ones I made online.
