Is there a way/place to get dropped off for IoA w/o paying for parking?

We will be spending one day at IoA in the midst of our trip to Orlando. My whole family will not be going. I will be going with my two older dd's and dh will take the two younger ones to WDW that day. So he wants to drop us off (and pick us up) at IoA without having to pay for parking since he won't actually be parking there.

Is there a way to accomplish this? Is it possible to get dropped off at Citywalk or a resort and then walk over to the park? Or any other way?

There is a guest drop off spot right at the end of the walking sidewalk right before you enter into the parking structure. It is where cabs pick up/drop off and off site buses. It is well marked, so should be no problem.
