I've called and tried to do it with the automated system and they tell me they can't find my reservation with my confirmation number so I'm transferred to a person.
Each time I call, the phone rep says they will email it right now (correct email address), you should get it soon... I've tried 3 times over the last week - nada.
Why is it so hard to just to get my confirmation emailed?
I have received one before, so I know it's possible...
Oh well.
