Is there a ticket window at the Epcot International Gateway

I am thinking of getting an annual pass because we are taking two trips next year and are very close to breaking even for one member of our family. However, our first trip is to the Beach Club and for a day at Epcot, and I would hate to have to go all the way to the front entrance to activate it. Kind of defeats our main purpose of staying at the Beach Club, and it might not get the AP if that's the case.
