Is there a surcharge to purchase event tickets through Member Services?

Is there a surcharge when you purchase hard ticket events through Member Services? Or would it be the same price as purchasing myself online?

I was on the phone with MS today and purchased MVMCP tickets and the prices she gave me as my charge was more than what was listed online. It wasn't the tax.

AFAIK, there had never been a difference. If you ask to have the tickets mailed, there is a charge to do that, though. The charge used to be about $3/ticket. Not sure if it's still the same. I get will-call and that has worked out just fine.

I believe online is almost always will-call only, which has no extra charge.

Thanks for the reply! I did will call for our tickets and actually linked them to my Magic Band while still on the phone with MS. I'll double check the charge when it posts to my cc and will call if there is a discrepancy.

Are you sure they reserved the correct date? Some dates don't have discounts.
