Is there a resource to see what DLR attractions are particularly rough?

I have back issues so am wondering what I need to avoid. Is there a resource already out there? I searched and didn't find anything. I did see talk about how rough Matterhorn is and my husband told me Indy is out since it's just like Dinosaur in WDW, which he has ridden and says it is rough.

For comparisons sake, I can ride Everest or Rock N Roller Coaster in WDW once per trip. I won't ride Big Thunder or Space Mountain.

Thanks!

I'm not sure that there's a list. Matterhorn is probably the roughest ride. It might be easier if you mention the rides that you are interested in and people with bad backs can let you know their experience. My daughter has chronic back problems and most rides bother her, even the "baby" rides because of how the they keep stopping the cars when getting to the off loading area. However, the free falling in the Guardians ride actually make her back feel better.

Pretty subjective topic. I find Big Thunder and Space Mountains to be tame. I find Rock-N-Roller Coaster to be the roughest ride at WDW or DLR.

It really depends on the person, I think, though some rides are especially bad for your back, like Matterhorn and Indy.

I have a bad back, too, and avoid all the roller coasters. Mickey's Runaway railway was a nightmare for me. Teacups are one to avoid, too. Star Tours was too rough.

Surprisingly I was able to ride Rise of The Resistance with no problem. My physical therapist was at Disneyland the week before I went and she gave me the go-ahead to ride it because even though it has some drops and sharp turns it's smooth.

Last time I went to DCA I asked a plaid which rides would be ok for someone with a bad back and she gave me a list. I wish I still had it so I could tell you what it said. But you could talk to a CM at both parks and I bet they'll be helpful.
