Is there a reason to buy tickets from WDW instead of Get Away Today?

We have a WDW package for room (2 rooms at Caribbean Beach) and tickets (4 adults, 5 day hoppers) booked through a Travel Agent. We currently have Disneyland tickets purchased from a reputable third party (Get Away Today) that we won't use. We can return them for a $50 per ticket fee (loss of $200), or we can exchange them for 5 day WDW park hoppers without the fee, and at a $46 savings over buying direct from Disney. Meaning, if we buy from Disney we'll actually end up spending about $96 more per person. With that in mind, is there any reason not to buy from GAT?
 
Is there any risk of the WDW trip being canceled? That's when I find buying tickets as part of a package the most beneficial, to avoid those return fee/unused ticket issues.
 
That's my comment, too. For the first time in a while, I reserved a package including tickets in case I needed to cancel.

Otherwise, sure, buying tickets from a vendor is a smart way to save some money and the tickets are the same.
