Is there a map that shows the best area at the water parks to find shaded seating?

Ok so we want to get to both water parks right before they open so when they open the doors we can make a B line to the shaded seating. Is there a map that shows where this is at both parks or do you guys know so we have a plan of action?

I really don't recall it being a problem, there is just a ton of shaded seating available of course as the sun moves the spots in the shade change but I don't really think a B line is needed

Correct. No beeline needed. Pretty much all of the seating is in the shade. And there's tons of it.

But...I would look at the park map and figure out what area you are targeting. We find ourselves wandering a little more than optimal checking out the various areas. A plan is a good idea, as in: I want to be near the central pool, or near the kiddie area, or a certain slide or out of the way.

That makes all the difference. If you're there when the park opens you're going to have your pick of seats.

Well that makes sense. Are there reccomendations of best area to find seats at both parks where it's shade all day long and you have a view of the water?

Not that I know of, but it's pretty simple: Figure out where you want to set up base camp. Find some chairs close to the tree line on the north side of the trees. That's where it will be shadiest.
