Is there a list or any recommendations for where to buy DVC resale?

Hey all,

I was wondering if there is a list of reputable resale sites or if anybody can recommend what are safe sites to consider buying DVC resale though. Ive done some looking and seen tone of sites, but not just going to throw my money to some random site found in google.
Also seen post where some people have had a lot of headaches from bad sites, so want to try to stay away from them too.

I'd start with the site sponsor, if only to show some love for the fact that we have a forum to ask these questions on.

I have used several but most recently the board sponsored to sell, DVC Resale Market.

I've used DVC Store, DVC Resale Market and a couple others that can't be mentioned here and had a great experience with all of them.

I wouldn’t be put off by a few comments here on Fidelity or whoever, there’s only 2 things to worry about, the price and the deed being recorded correctly. Most major brokers use same title companies so you are in good hands

I've had this thread bookmarked for a long time. When I was looking to purchase, I would check this list daily.

I ended up purchasing from DVCResalemarket.com and had a great experience.

I have found DVC Resale team to be very attentive when I have reached out to them, especially with questions, etc. Have made an offer, and we will see where it goes with them.

I used Fidelity Real Estate and didn't have any problems! You may have to scroll through their listings for a while to find what you want, though.
