Is there a list of places to eat NOT on the dining plan?

I know there are lists of all the places to eat on the dining plan, but I would really like to see a list of all the options NOT on the dining plan - CS and TS

I know for sure Bistro de Paris (in France) and Victoria and Albert's. I think Teppan Edo is also not on DDP.

Teppan Edo is on the DDP. Both the Japan restaurants are.

I was sad that portobello isn't on the list. I am doing the dining plan for the first time on this upcoming trip and was hoping they were on the list. oh well - not awesome enough to pay OOP (esp. when compared to citricos or ohanas)
