Is there a list of Disney dining places that give a 10% discount? Does the AP offer more discounts?

I am on the fence about getting the AP for our March trip. We can get good priced discounted Military tickets so we are trying to decide if we want to upgrade one to an AP for Memory Maker and dining discounts. I know we can get some dining discounts but I am assuming the AP offers more. Thanks!!!
