Is there a list of dates to book for ADRs?

Is there a list that lets you know when you can call to book for ADR's?
Like... for example...

Call Today - When you want reservations
March 14 - Sept 14th (or whatever it would be...)
March 15 - Sept 15th (or whatever the actual date is)

Kind of a quick reference guide of sorts!! I keep trying to add it up in my head on the different cominations/possibilities - but this would be a cool sticky thread!!!

If you are booked on a package you can book all your adrs at once.
