Looking for a large home to rent (5 bedrooms) close to Disney and the options are in the hundreds. Is there a thread where people post their experiences on homes they rented? It's hard to trust VRBO comments, and often the comments are old.

There's a recent thread in this section about Windsor Hills which has houses. It seems people love this development.

I would stay at Paradise Palms anytime. It is a new resort style gated community with lots of amenities and brand new homes.

I stayed there two months ago. I got a really new home that was less than a year old. Large LED SMART TVs, free hi speed internet, cable TV and everything new. Very very good!

They also have a 6 bedroom home.

The booking and billing were done by their management company in Kissimmee. Rates were very good.

Tip:
Always consider the final and total price of the rent when comparing different options. There are some owners that charge cleaning fees, booking fees, credit card fees and more. Those extra costs can significantly impact daily rates specially for short stays.
