Is there a Guest Services at the Internatinal Epcot entrance?

Trying to figure out if I can get my APs and TiW there, or if we have to go to the front of Epcot.

Yes, there is a guest relations at the IG entrance to Epcot...it's just before the entrance machines...

And I know from personnal experience that you can get APs there. Never tried for TiW.

A friend got her's there in October. You have to go to the windows to the left to get TIW (as you are walking from BW).
