Is there a forum for ticket/annual pass info?

I am thinking of getting an annual pass for WDW because I may take a second trip next year (solo) and I am booking a 2 day stay this May; I was thinking of adding annual passes but am interested in expiration, etc.

Thanks! My biggest question was if they expired a year from purchase or first use, and you answered that for me. My other question was if I purchased a 4 day pass how hard was it to upgrade and if I would lose money doing it that way. Thanks again!

You won't lose money if you use the ticket at least once before upgrading. You can upgrade at any guest relations location. You must upgrade it within 14 days of the first use.

You definitely need to do the math and find out if buying an AP will be a wise financial choice.

No problem :) I doubt you will lose money, we only upgraded tickets once and it was an easy process at customer services at Downtown Disney, but you can do it at any customer services location. Use your tickets for at least 1 entry, then upgrade. they will apply the cost of your ticket to the upgrade.

It's actually "Guest Relations," and yes, any at WDW...
which can be found inside and outside each park, or at TTC, or at two locations at Disney Springs (DTD.)
You can also do the upgrade at any Ticket Booth at WDW.

I'm just too British :sad2: no matter how many years I've been visiting for, its always customer services in my head.

Have a great trip!

You can upgrade your 4 day pass to an AP as long as you did not use it at a WP&M location first (assuming it has this option). If it has this option, and you use one of those options before entering a theme park, then you would have to upgrade to a PAP.
