In post #2, you will find information snout renting wheelchairs and ECVs, both from the parks and from off site rental places.

It is true that you can often get a wheelchair loaned from the resort, but many people have posted less than positive experiences.
The resort wheelchairs can't be reserved ahead of time and there is no guarantee they will have one to lend.
People have also reported that the wheelchair they were able to get was either not the right size or was in poor condition

it is suggested in the disABILITIES GAQs thread that if plan to borrow one from the resort, you also take along the names and phone numbers for one of the off- site rental places - just in case
