Is there a downside to sharing my PhotoPass with my friends?

I purchased AP's for my family and we just activated them this past June during our summer trip. We are going to be returning in October for MNNSHP and we will be meeting some friends there during our trip. I know that money is tight for this family and I would love to be able to let them use my PhotoPass account. (We will be together most of the week and will have many/most of our pictures taken together.) How would this work for them? Do I have to give them my password for my MDE account? To be honest, I don't feel comfortable giving anyone this password so that is why I am having second thoughts even though it would really help them out. Can anyone explain how this works?

I would think the easiest thing to do would be to link their MDE with yours. This way all pictures of them also show up for your PhotoPass (this is what I did for my children and spouse-who didn't have APs that allowed Photo downloads) if they scan their MB for PhotoPass staff.
They wouldn't be able to download for free, but you could download them and mail them the flash drive or email them the pictures once you got home.

I am sure someone will have a better tech answer for you.

You would have to make all of the edits for any you want to be able to download (they could make edits through their account, but wouldn't be able to download those). You would also have to do the downloading of the photos. Also if you are linked, they would be able to see all of your photos (assuming this isn't an issue, but thought I'd throw it out there anyway, just in case).
