Should I call Bank One or just apply online?

I would call directly 1-800-753-9304. I called for myself last week. I called back today to find out about approval. I was approved and my new card was sent out on Wednesday.

But..... I am not sure if I qualify for the 7 for 4 package or not. We'll see when I get the card!
