Is there a car rental place at Disney World?

Is there somewhere to rent a car at Disney World? I know I can get car service (limo, etc) but inquiring as to renting a car (or should I say numerous vehicles) to drive to Port Canaveral and drop off there. We (group of family and friends) are planning a stay at disney before our cruise (not DCL). I am trying to figure out the most inexpensive way to transport (currently approx 26 people, give or take) from point A to point B.

Any help or suggestions you can give is most definately appreciated.

Yes, there is the Car Care Center that has an Alamo/National desk. You can get a shuttle there from your hotel. We're using this way to rent a car, as we're going to Saint Augustine and flying out of Jacksonville. There's also a National desk at the Dolphin, and some rental cars can be had from some of the Downtown Disney hotels (not sure which ones). Sounds like you're renting a caravan, though, so that might make things a bit different!

Alamo® Rent A Car, the Official Rental Car of the Walt Disney World® Resort, is conveniently located at the Orlando International Airport and at the Car Care Center near the parking exit of the Magic Kingdom® Park. For Emerald Club customers, National Car Rental® is also located at the Car Care Center. Shuttle service to and from your location is provided seven days a week, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Holiday hours may vary.)
