Is there a boat from EPCOT to Disney Studios that dosen't stop at the Hotels?

No, they all make stops at the resorts.

For what it's worth the walk from Epcot to DHS is great. It is about 1.2 miles according to Google Earth and goes around the boardwalk, next to the Boardwalk villas, and along the river the boat takes. It is probably quicker than the boats because of the stops, depending on how quickly you walk.
