Is there a "best way" to ride Harry Potter twice in 1 day during summer?

If I were to visit IOA for just one day during my trip, what would be the best way to experience HP/Forbidden Journey twice (or more even) without waiting in line for a total of 3-4 hours out of the day just for those two rides during a peak crowd/summer day? This is also assuming that I am not staying at one of the Universal resorts, so no early entry for us. Once first thing in the morning and right again before park close? What is the best way or "touring plan" to accomplish riding Harry Potter twice in one day (and also experiencing all the other rides)? Any experiences?

Use the single rider line. My daughter and I did this in August and it was a breeze. When you enter the castle there is someone there to direct you to the single rider entrance. We rode this way many times over our three days and lots of times we got on together anyway.

But...be sure to go through the line at least once if you can. The castle is amazing to see!

Yup, single rider line. Got to ride about 3 times in a row my first time in Potterland.

There are single rider lines for other rides as well - Hulk, Spiderman, and Dr. Doom have them at IOA; Transformers, Mummy, Rip Ride Rocket, and Men in Black have them at the Studios (although, for some reason, they have been closing the one on Transformers when the standby and express lines are really long).

Also, lines during the last 2 hours the parks are open tend to be pretty light. I usually go after work, getting there around 5:45pm. I can usually do Hulk, Spiderman, Dr. Doom, and Dueling Dragons using the standby line, and Forbidden Journey using the single rider by 7:00 or 8:00, depending on the time of year (even now in the summer). If Studios is open, I can get Mummy, Men in Black, and Rip Ride Rocket done after that (takes about an hour in the off-season). I'm indifferent to Transformers, so I haven't been bothering with it much.
