I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on the best day to attend Sea World. We are in Orlando the first 2 weeks of Feb and are looking at going Sat Feb 7th.
We've always found the beginning of the week to be the most quiet. We've also found weekends to be rather busy as they sell a lot of season passes to Florida residents.

Feb. 7 is the first Saturday for Bud & BBQ this year so depending on who they get for the concert( wasn't announced yet as far as I know) there may be more people in the park. That said if the concert is a good one like Sugarland was a few years ago, a lot of the people will be standing in line for the concert and at the concert and not doing most of the stuff in the park.
There will be food stands for BBQ separates various places in the park. There will be a special all you can eat BBQ picnic type meal available. There will be a stage with mostly local bands playing throughout the day. The park is open longer on weekends in Feb than during the week usually so you will have more time to see the shows and all the exhibits in the park.
Feb 14 Kenny Rogers is the concert so there will be a lot of "older fans" in the park just for the concert.
Just remember SW is not Disney and it is more laid back so you can do it at your own pace spending as much time as you want in many areas. There aren't a lot of lines for things because the shows are huge stadiums. There are only a couple rides and the lines for them can be long. My family usually saves Kracken till the last hour before closing and sometimes can ride it 4 or 5 times in a row.
