Is there a 7-11 store within walking distance of DLH?

When staying at Candy Cane in in 2006, I remember a 7-11 convenience store just outside of Disneyland. This summer we will be staying at Disneyland hotel. How far would it be to walk to the 7-11 to buy snacks and breakfast foods? How would I get there? Is there another store that might be better?

Yes, it's on the corner of harbour and something

Corner of Harbor and Katella. It is possible to walk there from the DLH, but it is a lengthy stroll. You'd have to walk through DTD, through the esplanade, all the way to Harbor, then turn right and go all the way down the street. About a 20 min walk at a decent pace. There is an AM/PM on Disneyland Dr. and Ball Rd. Walk past the parking structure and it is across the street on the corner.

Yes, on the Disney corner of Katella and South Harbor. I would walk out to Katella and then towards SH.

There's a convenience store at West Katella & South Walnut St that we used to go to when we stayed at Paradise Pier. I used to cut through the parking lot but it looks like you might be able to get to Walnut from the back of DLH

Just from the directions AndyLL just gave, I would think that would be the closest.

This map can help you locate the others mentioned as well...the one at Harbor and Katella and the one up at Ball and Disneyland Dr.

GCH on that map is the blue colored ball with the line coming out, over across (to the right) from the PPH marker, so you'd go out the main doors, turn left and walk down Disneyland Dr to Katella, then go along Katella to Walnut, to find that one.

You could also arrange for a grocery order with the beer and wine through Vons (I read that Albertsons is discontinuing their services?).

How about ART or other transportation on Katella as that is half a mile from Disney way to Harbour.

I think the store I mentioned is the closest to the GC also. It looks from the arial veiw that you can get to walnut from the back of DLH ( can anyone verify that)

So from DLH or GC you go between the DLH and PP to walnut and turn left to Katella. It's a liquormMart on the south side.

If brave you can cut through the employee parking lot although I don't think they like people doing that.

The tropicana hotel also has a mini mart that sells beer & win.

Just a note, the Cast Member Lot located behind Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel, unless otherwise modified, is restricted to Cast Members and Employees of The Walt Disney Company with proper credentials. It is not open to Guests.

The Disneyland Resort does reserve the right to detain, turn over to the Anaheim Police Department, and file criminal charges of trespassing against any person caught in this area without proper credentials.

Just wanted to point that out before someone actually tried it.

The only way that I've found for guests to get to Walnut from the DLH is to walk up to Magic Way. All the other access points cut through some kind of backstage area.

I think the quickest way to get to that particular convenience store from DLH is to walk through the Paradise Pier lobby and go out to Disneyland Drive.
