is the VIP Photo tour offer?

I can't find information on the Sea World website. Does anyone know if they still offer this? I really thought this tour would be perfect for my family and I was trying to see how far we can book it. We are going December.

I just called Sea World and the person I talked to said they no longer offer it. They have new tours but no photo.
