Is the Top of the World Lounge still DVC only?

I'm somewhat perplexed as to why it isn't available to all guests staying at BLT. I can understand why it would exclude Contemporary guests.

Are there other facilities at BLT that are off-limits to guests staying at BLT on cash reservations? Are the restrictions the same for BLT guests staying on rented points?

Top of the World Lounge is only available to guests staying at BLT on member points. There are no other areas that are off-limits for non-points guests at BLT.

They always have prices for DVC Members at a discount, but offer non DVC Member prices at higher rates for (most) activities. You will need to show your blue DVC Member ID Card.
