Is the Taste of the Pacific included in the DP?

Have an extra meal on our upcoming trip so we are going to use 2TS credits and go to a signature. Does anyone know if you can do the Taste of the Pacific on the DP....think its $75.....or is it like others where there is an upcharge?

I was interested in that myself and couldn't find the answer online so I called Disney Dining and they told me it wasn't covered. Not sure why since my App, Entree and Dessert choice will cost them $78.

The people on the phones are notoriously wrong. I don’t have any first hand experience and, while I’ve seen the question asked several times, I’ve never seen anyone come backup report if it was allowed. So, my bet is it will be allowed, like the several prix fixe options available around Disney World. So, let us know what happens when you’re there.

Well she originally said it was covered then put me on hold to check again and came back saying it wasn't. I'm not entirely confident in her answer.
