Is the taco salad at Pecos Bill's gluten free?

The last time I was at Disney, I really enjoyed the taco salad at Magic Kingdom. I have now gone gluten free and am wondering if anyone knows if it's gluten free. I suspect that it might be (if the tortilla shell is corn and not wheat and if they don't add flour to thicken the taco meat), but it's not on the gluten free list!

The taco salad wasn't GF the last time I tried to order it in May. I was pretty upset that the supplied changed. They still had the corn chips; but it was something in the taco seasoning that wasn't GF anymore. I haven't been back to check since then.

There was someone in line next to me last week in line while I was waiting for a chef. I swear they ordered a taco salad gluten free. The mom said that shewanted the salad and the order taker CM gave her a hard time. When the chef came out I swear he said that he could do it gluten free.
