El Pirata y El Parico (too lazy to check spelling) is a very seasonal place. You will only see this open when the attendance is pretty substantial.

We love that plaec, unfortunately, it is rarely open.

I had a taco salad there in August and it was great.

The years we went in Oct & Nov the restaurant was closed.
