I doubt it, usually the off-airport car rentals are not simply because they usually have to provide some sort of transport to the site from a hotel. Also it isn't as busy a location as an airport, so doesn't have as large a selection of vehicles.

No! FYI - it also has VERY limited hours of operation! In June we had a problem with our car and wanted to exchange it, so we were directed to the Car Care Center. National was closed! I was angry 1. because they were closed, and more so because 2. a Disney CM from the resorts told me to go there! It was a frustrating drive, and I still ended up going back to the airport.
