Is the main Disney site unavailable for anyone else?

I've tried to access the main Disneyworld site since last night.

It tells me that my user name / password do not match.

I've been logging in every day and selecting FP+ so I know it does.

System also won't let me reset the password or send me a new one.

I have more FP+ to select and no way to access the site and they don't open until 7am EST.

Anyone else having this issue?

My account suddenly became unavailable last week...less than 10 days before my trip! Talk about panic mode! My DVC account was also inaccessible using the user ID and password I had been using just that morning.

When I called Disney's IT, they told me that there were 5 Disney accounts associated with my email address (3 that I was aware of, the other 2 were probably from years ago). But...the user ID that I had been using for my DVC and MDE account was not among them! After some back and forth, I was able to access my account by signing in with my email address and the password I had set using the defunct user ID.

Apparently Disney took my DVC account and other Disney accounts (MDE, Disneystore.com, Disney Movie Club, etc.) and combined them! So, try logging in using your email address instead of your user ID and see if it works.
