Is the Mac and Cheese that is on the buffet at Boma...

I've been to Boma and do not think it is, and from I've read around the DIS it's not the same...but wait for someone who has been to both restaurants to be sure.

I don't think so either. The mac and cheese at Jiko is white, and at Boma it's more orange...Both are very good, but Jiko gets my vote for the best.

The Boma Mac and Cheese is the standard Stouffers stuff they serve at say Crystal Palace, Liberty Tree Tavern or 1900 Park Fare

So no they aren't the same sorry
The Jiko Mac n Cheese is different

Not even close. Jiko's is MUCH better and has a more adult taste. The one served at Bomas is your typical kids mac and cheese.
