IS the Kids Stay and Play free promotion that ran before...

IS the Kids STay and Play promotion that ran this spring a typical promotion for Disney? Meaning, is it a promotion they run seemingly annually like the free dining at some point etc? I know there is no FOR SURE answer on promotions but what I Am asking is if it one they have used with some consistency before?

I ask because while we had booked with it, my husbands work is being sold and that is transisition time so we had to cancel and in all reality that is the best deal for our family. (After November we'll have five kids between 2 and 10.)

We price Disney vacations pretty regularly, and I've never seen this one before -- which is why we jumped on it when it came out. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like this promo is a new one. I've heard through the disboards grapevine that exclusive PIN offers are drying up in favor of more public discounts, so maybe we'll see it again next year. Here's hoping, because this discount is definitely the best value for our family.

I know they offered it last year and this year, but I am not sure about prior to that. You could check the Mousesavers historical page though. Kids free is also a great deal for us. I am hoping for that promo next year.
