Is the Golf/Sports Simulator open on Boarding Day?

I was wondering if the Golf/Sports simulator is available to use on the day of boarding.
 
For our upcoming Dream cruise in January, I booked the golf simulator for 4:45 on embarkation day with I was booking excursions.
