Is the first half of June a time Disney offers discounts?

we need to move our trip from september (always got free dining) to june 2014. probably june 6-15. does anyone know if disney typically offers discounts at this time?

and whether i'd be better off booking our room in advance or waiting to see if a discount is announced?

There should be some room discounts, but there won't be anything like free dining or stay/play/dine.
