Is the Epcot fountain working.

Three years ago the Fountain of Nations was not working for the entire week during our stay. ( February) I was really looking forward to seeing it during our Christmas trip 3 weeks ago. I was so disappointed that it was not on during any of our visits to Epcot. There was a lot of staging near-by which I assume was for NYE. Is that why it was not turned on? It is one of the highlights of my trip.

Three years ago there was a severe drought situation in Central Florida, with fires, etc. There were mandatory water restrictions. Most of the fountains at WDW were off at that time. The Fountain of Nations has been back on for at least the past year and a half that we have been living down here, except if it is down for repairs.

We watched it last week. It's so disappointing how it's often overlooked. It was performing while people just hurried by on their way to the next attraction. Then they wonder, "why isn't there much to do here?"
