Yes.
You can take the monorail to epcot and walk through epcot and out the International Gateway.. Or you can take the monorail to the MK and take a bus to the Boardwalk or Beach Club.. You can also take a boat to them from MGM

The Beach Club is across a small "lake" from the Boardwalk. You can walk to it going in either direction around the lake and it will take you five to 10 minutes, depending on exactly where you are going on the BW. There are several options from the monorail resorts to get to the Epcot Resort Area:

1. Take the monorail to Epcot and walk through Epcot out the back entrance (called the International Gateway).

2. Take a Disney bus to Epcot and do the same thing once you are at Epcot.

3. Take a cab.

4. If you have a car, drive to the resort and tell the guard at the entrance of one of the resorts that you are coming to hace dinner at one of the restaurants.

The Boardwalk is on one side of Crescent Lake and the BC/YC is on the other side. It's a quick 5 to 10 minute walk around to the other side depending on your pace. From a monorail resort you could take the monorail from the TTC to Epcot and then walk out the back through the International Gateway and you'd be right there or you could take the monorail or boat to MK and get on a BC bus. Another option would be to take a bus to Disney Studios and ride the boat or walk back to the Epcot resort area.

There are lots of options! I would probably choose to take the monorail to the MK and then a bus to the Boardwalk or BC. If you take the monorail to Epcot, you will need to walk all the way through FW to the International Gateway. I have done this, but it is a bit of a walk to just reach the BC.This is a wonderful area. I love it here.
