App is probably wonky, I wouldn't panic (for now).

There's no need to panic or call. If you or anyone in your party haven't edited anything, then it's all still there. It's just a glitch that's obstructing you from viewing everything.

Try logging out and logging back in, try a computer instead of your phone, try your phone's web browser instead of the app.

Before you panic or call, or even post here, the first step should ALWAYS be open the browser on your phone and go to MDE there. If it shows the same info, then call. If it's correct, then don't worry about anything.
The app is notorious for not being correct.
