Is the $200 gift card deal still around for Disney Visa sign-up?

I have a friend interested in signing up for a Disney Visa to help gather funds for a first time WDW trip next summer. I remember seeing recent threads mentioning a $200 gift card incentive, but all I'm finding right now is a $50 gift card offer. Anyone know if a better offer is still out there?

By the way, this would be for the no-fee Disney Visa, not the Premier card.

TIA! :)

For the $200 gift card offer, you have to receive an invitation in the mail. I signed up for the offer about 2 months ago. From what I have read, requesting the Disney planning DVD is what triggers them to send you the Disney Visa offer. I requested the DVD early July. I received the offer 3 weeks later. Signed up and received the Disney Visa card 3 weeks after that. Used the card and received the $200 gift card 2 weeks after that. Hope that helps.

Yes, that definitely does help. I'll tell my friend. It's definitely worth a try to see if she can order the planning DVD and maybe trigger the offer to come. Thanks so much! :)

We received our $200 offer in the mail, just like we receive tons of others every week. We did not sign up for anything from Disney to trigger this. You do have to receive it personally in the mail though. My dh & I both got them about 3 weeks apart, we both signed up, and had $400 extra for our next trip. Was great!

My Mom gets the offer in the mail every 2 months. She has never been to Disney, has never signed up for any Disney info, and has nothing else with Chase. She just has great credit.
