Just want to be sure. I want to eat at the old Teppanyaki Dining Room, but noticed that there are now two TS restaurants at the Japan Pavilion...Teppan Edo and Tokyo Dining. Which one is the one with the tables that are grilles?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, Teppan Edo is the Teppanyaki tables - things have changed slightly (not much but a little) and you might want to check menus before booking.

We are thinking about going here when we visit this summer, however I would like to show our DD's some photos so they have an idea of what to expect. I looked through a few of the Dining Reviews and did not see any with photos of Teppan Edo. Has anyone posted a review which includes photos of the restaurant? Thanks.

Is it still Habachi style? or more tradition table seating?

I posted some the other day on the food pictures thread. They weren't really of the restaurant though, it was our chef cooking the food, etc.

Just dined there on New Year's Eve. Tables seat 9 so you may be with other diners if it's busy. We LOVED the food and the chef was amazing and accommodated everyone's food prefs/allergies/etc. :thumbsup2 It was my first teppenyaki and what a great experience it was. The waitresses are very kind and I was amazed at how labor-intensive the job is. All in all a beautiful restaurant and if you're on the DDP, a great use of one table credit. We hope to return soon.
