Is Stitch meeting before you are seated at 'Ohana?

He was when we last went, but that was almost a year ago. Going again in a couple weeks and just curious if this is still the case or if he is back to circulating with the others inside the restaurant.

In May he was floating through the restaurant and Pluto was out front.

Last week when we stayed at the poly Pluto was out front everyday.
