Is something going on Dec. 7 - 9th?

I'm trying to plan a last minute trip the weekend of Dec. 7-9th. I was able to snag a room at CBR, but it seems like everything is booked. Is something going on that weekend?

It is the Pop Warner Football Super Bowl championships the week leading up to the weekend. We are set to arrive for our vacation on the 7th, we were lucky to get 9 nights, I think people are beginning to like going in Dec. now.

Mousfest is going on from the 6th to the 10th, but many attendees arrive early and stay longer.

In addition to the other events listed above, the Florida Resident Seasonal Passes begin their Christmas "blackout" on December 22nd. Therefore, those of us Floridians that buy our family Seasonal passes as XMas gifts have to get in our "last minute" trips prior to "blackout" and renewal.
