Running is for self defense. I stand by that. Unless I am being chased by some large hairy mean looking person (mother-in-law excluded) there is no way I will break into a sprint. Sorry, ain't gonna happen. My form of running is more as a spectator -- I love to sit on my porch and watch the neighbors huffing and puffing up the street while I sip my margarita.

But I must have sipped too many because my fat clothes aren't even fitting anymore. And I have been experience some numbness and fatigue. And good golly miss molly, I used to be a FOX. Now I'm more like an anteater. *Sigh*

Look out baby, WaffleLady is on her way to being a hot mama again!
This will be my food and exercise journal as well as a place to weigh myself each week. Feel free to tell me to quit the bellyachin' or tell me that sneaking a small fry is NOT the way to foxiness. Or just stop by to say hello.

And for the record, I admire runners. I really do. It takes dedication and perseverance. But me? Well, I like my margaritas a little too much. ;)

Snack size whoppers
 
Exercise: 20 minute walk this morning

Breakfast: Lite vanilla yogurt

Lunch: Campbells Healthy harvest soup

Dinner: Lean Pocket and a few glasses of Riesling.

Snacks: Apple

Water: 10 oz. so far

Today is the big weigh in for BL6 and I am so excited to get moving!
 
I'm with you..runners always look like somebody is poking them in the rear with a fireplace poker to me. And they never smile. They act as if they're being tortured or something. :rotfl:
 

9/13:
Exercise: 20 min walk and 20 min Gilad workout

Dinner: Noodles and sauce, wine

9/14:
Breakfast: none :(
Lunch: Chili
Dinner:
Snacks: Crackers
 
I've already started neglecting this journal! Boo!!!! The past few days have been good. I've been exercising at least 20 minutes a day and have been eating really yummy and healthy foods.

Breakfast: Lite english muffin with ICBINB, Coffee
Lunch: 1/2 veggie wrap and baked lays
Dinner: Boca Burger with one slice of cheese and mustard on an English muffin, sauteed squash
Snacks: One piece of bday cake; 2 string cheese
 
Well, today is the weigh day for me and I am down to 184.5, which I am stoked about! Woo hoo! Go me, go me, go go go me.
