Is "Soarin' wheelchair accessible?

Does anyone know if the new Epcot attraction "Soarin' is wheelchair accessible? We travel with a friend who uses a large power wheelchair and will be going to WDW in April. Thanks for any info. Cathie

From what I've read it about it, no. It's a ride he/she will have to transfer out of his/her chair.
